Mary is an experienced trauma-informed therapist who has worked with individuals, families, children/adolescents, teens, adults, and groups. She employs a range of evidence-based clinical approaches, drawing from Trauma-Informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, and Integrative Therapy.

Mary's primary focus is on creating a safe, nurturing, and empathic environment for her clients and their families. She is dedicated to helping them identify and address the challenges they currently face, both in their personal lives and relationships. By assisting them in processing their thoughts and emotions related to these difficulties, Mary helps her clients develop healthy strategies to effectively manage stressful situations and achieve their goals. Mary's approach also emphasizes the importance of personal boundaries and respect for others' boundaries. She empowers clients of all ages, by assisting them in developing their own level of self-awareness, build self-confidence, and find their own voice.

Mary believes that every individual's voice matters and provides a non-judgmental and supportive space where clients can feel heard, validated, and motivated to become the best version of themselves.
