Tori Hargis

Tori is currently working on earning her master's in Social Work at Aurora University. In 2021, Tori graduated from Northern Illinois University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with an emphasis in Family Social Services. At her last clinical internship, she gained experience working with Community Action Programs, school based programming which included social emotional learning groups and alternative suspension programming. 

Tori is an empathetic listener who is excited to meet new families and individuals. She genuinely enjoys connecting with people and building therapeutic rapport with clients. Tori is passionate about mental health and loves working with and supporting individuals and families. Within a therapeutic session with Tori, you can expect a safe, welcoming, judgment-free environment that is accepting of all races, ethnicities, cultures, and sexual orientations. Tori will assist you in achieving your goals in a confident and safe manner. Tori has experience working with individuals of all ages who have experienced grief, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and poverty. Tori believes in utilizing coping skills, goals setting, and positive reinforcement to maximize well-being.
