Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner

Andrea is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who strives to provide an all-inclusive, safe, and open space for patients across the lifespan. Andrea received a master’s degree from Frontier Nursing University and before becoming a PMNHP-BC, she had previously worked as a nurse for eight years in an inpatient setting within the hospital system where she cared for and managed acute medical and psychiatric patients. Andrea appreciates the value of working as an outpatient provider which fosters a more longstanding relationship with her patients where she can provide quality care throughout their journey of healing.

She is especially passionate about treating substance abuse, anxiety disorders and ADHD.

Andrea values evidence-based practice coupled with holistic approaches and therapeutic interventions that aim to enhance symptom reduction and overall quality of life. She believes in a collaborative approach to care that empowers individuals to be active members in the plan of care while she fiercely advocates for her patient’s well-being. When Andrea isn’t working, she enjoys going to concerts, traveling, sailing, and practicing yoga. She feels that flexibility is imperative for individuals with demanding schedules and is available to see her patient’s both in-person and via telehealth to facilitate her patient’s needs. Andrea looks forward to meeting you!
