She is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families build stronger relationships with themselves and each other. Amy creates a collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel safe exploring emotional patterns, attachment dynamics, and communication concerns.
With over seven years of clinical experience, Amy draws from CBT, DBT, EFT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Amy is also experienced in Gottman-informed Couples Therapy and Parent Coaching models. She works affirmatively with LGBTQIA+ clients and has experience supporting neurodivergent and blended families.
