Amy uses a variety of therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, EFT, Narrative Therapy, and Solutions Focused Therapy. These approaches enable them to effectively address a range ofissues, tailored to the unique needs of each client. Amy has experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergence, and those struggling with emotion regulation.
Amy Cwiklinski graduated with a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Adler Universityin 2018 and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). With over 7 years of experience, Amy has developed a deep understanding of the complex dynamics within families and relationships.
